Downloading a dashboard

You can download (export) the current dashboard configurations from

for later use on current or other BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring instances.

To download a dashboard

  1. On the Action menu of the Dashboard page, click Download dashboards.
     By default, all dashboards are selected.
  2. Clear check boxes for dashboards that you do not want to download.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Follow the browser instructions to save the configuration file.

Note

Configuration files are in XML format.

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

compresses and archives configuration files in zip format before transferring them. The zip file is not protected by a password, and the XML file inside can be easily edited.
