Managing Performance Analytics Engine instances
The
component receives traffic data from instances and stores it in a central, off-board storage location. When you run a Performance Analytics query, you are sorting and filtering data (by "zooming in" on categories of most relevance) to locate the root cause of performance problems.To make
functionality available, you must perform the following tasks:- Install at least one instance of the component. For instructions for installing a instance.

- Assign a storage location for the .
- Assign instances to serve as data providers for the .
