Downloading the most recent geolocation database

For features in

that rely on geolocation to function properly, the geolocation database must be up to date. In a component, you can check for and update to the latest database.

To download the latest geolocation database

1. In the

   The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

   , point to Administration > General settings, and then click Geolocation.
2. Click Check if newer geolocation database is available.
    If a newer database than yours is available, the system prompts you to download it.
3. Click Download and specify the save location on your computer.
   
   You can now upload it into the device.
