Setting up a pre-logon message


Both on the Analyzer and the Collector component interfaces, you can set up a pre-logon message, which the users see on the logon page.

To create a pre-logon message

  1. On the Real User Analyzer interface, select Administration > Security Settings, and then click Services.
  2. From the Action menu for the Pre-login message section, select Edit.
  3. In the Title box, enter the heading for the message.
  4. In the Message box, enter the text. The text must be unformatted, that is, without HTML tags.
  5. Click Save.

To enable a pre-logon message

  1. On the Real User Analyzer interface, select Administration > Security Settings, and click Services.
  2. In the Pre-login message section, click Enable.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
