Managing server certificates on the Collector and Analyzer

Before you change the server certificate, you must store the replacement certificate on an available hard drive or network storage device.

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

To change the server certificate

  1. In the Real User Collector or Real User Analyzer interface, go to Administration > Security settings, and then click System server certificate.
  2. On the Action menu, select Replace certificate.
  3. Click Browse and locate the certificate file on your hard drive or network storage device.
The PFX file contains the certificate and encryption-key material.
  4. In the PFX Password and Private key password boxes, type passwords for the certificate file and the private key password.
    Passwords are optional.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Reboot the system.

To reset the server certificate
