Tenant user roles and permissions
The user roles for tenant accounts differ from the system roles.
The system assigns sets of user permissions to roles. Each user account must have a role, which defines the level of access that a user has to the features in the system. For example, Administrators can create accounts, but Observers cannot.
The sets of tenant user roles and their permissions are described in the following table.

- Application Owner — Configures Watchpoints and dashboards for the tenant account, runs Performance Analytics Engine queries.
- Observer — Can perform the same tasks as Application Owner, except configuring Watchpoints.
