System requirements

This topic lists the minimum requirements and supported resources for the BMC PATROL for iSeries product.

Central Monitoring Administration

  • BMC TrueSight Operations Management 10.0 and later
  • BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management version 9.5 and later

PATROL products

  • PATROL Agent version 9.5.00 or later
  • Any of the following consoles:
    • PATROL Console for Windows version 3.6 or later
    • PATROL Central Operator – Microsoft Windows Edition 7.8.00 or later
    • PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition 7.8.00 or later

License

You must have a valid demonstration license (typically good for 30 days) or a permanent license to run your PATROL products.If you do not have a permanent license to run your PATROL products, contact your BMC Software sales representative or the BMC Software Contract Administration department.
