Solving problems
Use these basic steps to solve problems in PATROL:
- Look for visual cues such as icon color changes. For more information, view parameter history information.
- View pop-up alert window output to get information about a condition or an error. For more information, run an appropriate report.
- Review the KM event manager output. For more information, review diary output.
- Review system output window information. For more information, look for errors and exceptions.
- Review the PATROL Event Manager (PEM) output. For more information, review diary output.
Refer to the PATROL Console Help or the PATROL User Guide for your console for more information about the PEM.
