Accessing a parameter


For information about how to access a parameter from a particular console, click the appropriate link:

PATROL Central Operator – Windows Edition
  1. In the navigation pane, expand a managed system. 
  2. To view the parameters for an application class or instance, expand that application class or instance.
PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

Use one of the following methods:

  • In the Desktop tree tab, expand the appropriate application class and select the parameter that you want from the displayed list of parameters.
  • In the work area, double-click the appropriate application class and select the parameter in the new window that opens.
PATROL Console for UNIX

In the work area, double-click the appropriate application class and select the parameter in the new window that opens.

PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition
  1. In the tree view area, expand a managed system. 
    PATROL lists the top-level application classes that are running on that system.
  2. To view the parameters for an application class or instance, expand that application class or instance.
