Status of SNMP Agents

The SNMPHealth application class enables you to control the status of the BMC PATROL SNMP system. With the application, you can start the master agent and start and stop the subagent.

Warning

Note

The PATROL KM for UNIX and Linux does not provide the ability to stop the SNMP Master Agent. This action requires root access.
