Viewing the Number of Print Jobs in a Printer's Queue

This task describes how to view the total number of print jobs in a printer's queue on the system.

To View the Total Number of Print Jobs in a Printer Queue

  1. Access the PRINTER application so that you can view its parameters.
  2. Open the PRNQLength parameter. BMC PATROL displays a gauge that shows the number of print jobs assigned to the printer's queue.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
