Deleting All Print Jobs from a Printer


This task describes how to delete all print jobs from a printer's queue.

Before you begin

You must be root to run this command.

 You must have root privileges to execute this command.

To Delete All Print Jobs from a Printer

On the printer from which you want to delete all jobs, perform the following steps.

  1. Access the PRINTER application menu as described in Accessing KM Commands and InfoBoxes.
  2. Select Delete All Jobs. BMC PATROL prompts you for the password for the root account.

  3. Type the password and click OK. BMC PATROL deletes all print jobs.
