Automatic discovery of the NETWORK application class


The NETWORK application class and its instances get automatically discovered. When you upgrade to version 9.10.00 of PATROL KM for UNIX, if the NETWORK application class is inactive, you must remove the following pconfig rules and restart the PATROL Agent.

  • {{/AS/EVENTSPRING/PARAM_SETTINGS/THRESHOLDS/COLLECTORS/COLLECTORS/NETColl" = { REPLACE = "0,0 0 0 0 0 0,0 0 0 0 0 0,0 0 0 0 0 0" }}}
  • {{/AS/EVENTSPRING/PARAM_SETTINGS/THRESHOLDS/DCM/DCM/NETColl" = { REPLACE = "0,0 0 0 0 0 0,0 0 0 0 0 0,0 0 0 0 0 0" }}}

To disable the NETWORK application class, you will need to include NETWORK.km in the /AgentSetup/disabledKMs pconfig variable.
