Guidelines

Announcement Support for this product will end on November 3, 2025. We recommend that you use PATROL for Linux, PATROL for AIX, or PATROL for Solaris to monitor operating systems.

DISK_ PSL Discovery_ Warning environment is not set properly, switch to silent mode.

This message indicates that the discovery script cannot find the required operating system command.

Cause

Remedy

Your PATH statement is not setup properly.

Find where the command is stored and add the location to your environment path.

iostat utility is not available on /usr/bin location.

Install iostat utility, if it is not installed. Ensure that utility is available on /usr/bin location and has appropriate permissions to run.
