DISK_ Cannot execute command


This message indicates that the command cannot be run. In this message, command represents the platform-specific command used to identify the local physical disks, such as the sar -d or iostat commands.

Cause:

This is usually caused by:

  • The command location is not found in the search path.
  • A security issue where the command requires a root account in order to execute.

Remedy:

  • Find where the command is stored and add the location to your PATH statement.
  • Use a root account or call your system administrator.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
