Announcement Support for this product will end on November 3, 2025. We recommend that you use PATROL for Linux, PATROL for AIX, or PATROL for Solaris to monitor operating systems.

Announcing support for Debian 7.9.00 and 8.2.00 operating system

BMC PATROL for UNIX and Linux version 9.13.00 now supports the following versions of the Debian operating system.

  • Debian 7.9.00 (wheezy) 64-bit
  • Debian 8.2.00 (jessie) 64-bit

Monitoring of Debian 7.9.00, 8.2.00 is supported only by the BMC PATROL Script Language (PSL) data collection method.
