Announcement Support for this product will end on November 3, 2025. We recommend that you use PATROL for Linux, PATROL for AIX, or PATROL for Solaris to monitor operating systems.

Logical Partition (LPAR)


 

The LPAR application corresponds to a logical partition configured in a managed system. The instances of this application class are created under the "Logical Partitions" container.

The length of time history is retained

Worst parameter
(visible only if a parameter is in an alarm state)

The name of the application parameter that is having the most problems; if more than one parameter is in a warning or an alarm state, the parameter with the most severe problems is shown

Default username

The default PATROL user name, if any

Application class

The name of the object class

State

The current state of the object

Icon type

The type of icon selected (computer, application, container, parameter)

LPAR ID

The ID of the LPAR
