Linux Virtualization (LVIRT)


The LVIRT application monitors the attributes and statistics of Red Hat Linux KVM hypervisor-based virtual machines. This information is classified into configuration, state, and utilization statistics. This application class is represented by the LINUX_VIRTUALIZATION container in the PATROL console hierarchy.

Note

The instances of the LVIRT application class are displayed only on the KVM hypervisor-enabled platforms on which virtual machines are created.

The type of icon selected (computer, application, container,parameter)

Non-persistent ID of the virtual machine

UUID

Universally Unique Identifier of the virtual machine
