Guidelines

Announcement Support for this product will end on November 3, 2025. We recommend that you use PATROL for Linux, PATROL for AIX, or PATROL for Solaris to monitor operating systems.

Preparing for Installation

BMC recommends that you first install PATROL KM for UNIX on a limited number of development or test computers, then configure and test PATROL KM for UNIX before installing it on the production computers.
