Schedule Tasks dialog box

Scheduled Tasks groupbox

This groupbox lists the following information about tasks that are scheduled for execution:

• Command—displays the type of command (operating system, PATROL PSL, or PATROL Command Processor) that is being executed by the script
• File Name—displays the name of the script
• Scheduled Time—displays the date and time that the task will be executed
• Period—displays the period of time that elapses between executionsIf a task is scheduled to run once, ONE-TIME is displayed in this column.

Actions groupbox

Select one of the following options:

• Schedule New Task—spawns the Schedule-New-Task-dialog-box so you can schedule a new task
• Modify Selected Task—spawns one of the following scheduling dialog boxes, depending on the type of command you are running, so that you can modify a scheduled task:
• Schedule-an-Operating-System-Script-dialog-box
• Schedule-a-PATROL-PSL-Script-dialog-box
• Schedule-a-PATROL-Command-Processor-Script-dialog-box
• Remove Selected Task—deletes the selected action from the scheduleThe script associated with the action still exists, but it is no longer scheduled to automatically run.
• Refresh Dialog—updates the dialog box

Status groupbox

This group box provides a scrolling, 10-line log of the actions that have been performed through this dialog box.

Click this button to save changes and perform actions according to the selections made in the dialog box.

Close

Click this button to close the dialog box without performing further actions in the dialog box.
