Use STM timers to measure the duration of specific actions, and functions like set_availability_error and set_accuracy_error to log custom error messages. This helps you clearly report any issues that occur within BMC Helix Operations Management.

As an administrator, Sarah customizes the script to handle single sign-on instead of a basic login operation. Additionally, she applies a timer to the login transaction to measure the response time.
