Downloading the installation files
This topic explains how to obtain the installation and other files that you need to install PATROL for Sybase.
To download the PATROL for Sybase installation files
Select and download the installation files for your platform; see the following table. Use your BMC Support credentials to access the EPD website. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
To download the Repository files
The following table provides links to the pages in the EPD website that contain the Repository files. From the EPD page, you can select and download the installation files for your platform. Access to the EPD website requires that you provide your BMC Support credentials. You might also be prompted to complete the Export Compliance Form.
