Monitoring Adaptive Server Enterprise Monitor Server

Monitors, analyzes, and manages the activities of the Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise Monitor Server (Monitor Server).

Scheduling blackout policy from PATROL Console

Policy to schedule suspended states for applications and parameters. A suspended state, or blackout period, stops parameter collection and alarms for a specified amount of time.

Note

You can use BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management or BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management to schedule blackout policy.

Automated recovery

Methods to add or change parameter recovery actions with PATROL for Sybase.
