envChecker
envChecker is a utility script provided in PATROL for Sybase product for verifying the JDBC connection. PATROL for Sybase connects to the Sybase databases using JDBC connection. Using this JDBC connection, PATROL for Sybase collects data for discovery, availability, and statistics.
You can find the envChecker executable file in the %PATROL_HOME%\pskkm\lib\resources directory.
You need to set JAVA_HOME environment variable if it is NOT set, then execute the envChecker. This utility gives input to configure the data to connect to JDBC. It results in the discovery or an ERROR message.
