Free inodes (in thousands) (FreeInodes)


This attribute displays the number of I-nodes available. An I-node is a data structure that maintains information about each file. Measuring I-nodes is critical because once all of your I-nodes have been used, the file system will not accept any more files regardless of how much disk space is available.

Note: This parameter applies to local file systems only, not NFS.
