General issues

Issue: In local monitoring, a PowerShell script generates an output different than the actual script output.

Solution: Perform the following actions:

  1. Stop the PATROL Agent.
  2. Remove the following line: <supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727"/> from the %PATROL_HOME%\TROMS\bin\troms.exe.config file.
  3. Start the PATROL Agent.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
