Availability monitoring fails on SAP 7.30 systems
Due to changes introduced into SAP Basis 7.30, external availability monitoring fails for SAP 7.30 systems discovered by BMC PATROL for SAP Solution Manager.
Workaround: To enable successful availability monitoring of SAP 7.30 systems, you must create a special pconfig variable named SAPVersion for each discovered SAP 7.30 system. For more information, see page 60.
