Loading and unloading KMs on the PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

This section describes how to load product KMs on the PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows.

To load KMs on a PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

1. From the PATROL Console menu bar, select File > Load KM.
2. In the Load KMs dialog box, select .kml files, and click Open.

PATROL loads the selected Knowledge Modules on all the computers listed in the PATROL MainMap.

To unload KMs on a PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows

1. From the KM tab of the tree view, right-click the application class name that you want to delete, and select Delete from the pop-up menu.
2. Click Yes to delete the application class from your cache directory and your console session file.
3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 until you have deleted all of the application classes associated with the KM that you want to delete.
4. Select File > Save KM from the console menu bar to save your changes.
