SAP J2EE Systems details dialog box


Use this dialog box to add a new SAP J2EE System.

Label

Enter a unique, user-defined name for the SAP J2EE system.

This field is enabled only when you add a new system.

Java MS Host

Enter the Message Server host of the SAP Solution Manager System (SCS).

J2EE MS Port

Enter the four-digit Message Server port number of the SAP Solution Manager system.

Warning

Note

The combination of the Message Server Host and Message Server Port values must be unique for each system.

SAP OS User

Enter the name of a user authorized to log on to the SAP J2EE system. (<sapSid>adm)

SAP OS Password

Enter a password for the specified user.

J2EE Administrator User

Enter the name of users authorized to log on to the SAP J2EE system. (j2ee_admin,administrator)

SAP J2EE Password

Enter a password for the SAP J2EE user.

J2EE Version

Enter the version numbers of the monitored SAP Systems.

For example: 640, 700, 710, 720, 730

Jar Directory

Path to the J2EE folder where the SAP jar files reside.

For example:

Windows:
C:\Program Files\BMC Software\Patrol\SSMKM\Jars\<directory-name>

Unix\LINUX:
/opt/bmc/Patrol3/SSMKM/Jars/<directory-name>

Template Name

Select a template from the list of templates to apply to a single server or a set of servers.

Click to apply the configuration

Click to close the dialog box
