Updating and deleting Monitor Forms

You can update and delete the monitor form, which you have added for monitoring.

To update Monitor Forms

Perform the following steps for updating the monitor form, which you have added for monitoring:

  1. Start the PATROL Console.
  2. Right-click Remedy AR Systems > KM Commands > Monitor Forms > Update Monitor Form.
    The following dialog box is displayed:

  3. From the Choose form list, select the monitor form you want to update, and click OK.
    The Update Form Monitor dialog box is displayed.
  4. Update the field as per your requirement and click Apply.

To delete Monitor Forms

Perform the following steps for deleting the monitor form, which you have added for monitoring:

  1. Start the PATROL Console.
  2. Right-click Remedy AR Systems > KM Commands > Monitor Forms > Delete Monitor Form.
    The following dialog box is displayed:

  3. From the Choose form list, select the monitor form you want to delete, and click OK.
    The Confirmation dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Yes to delete the monitor form.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
