Updating BMC Remedy AR System registeration

PATROL for Remedy AR server provides you the feature of updating the registered BMC Remedy AR System.

Perform the following steps to update the registered BMC Remedy AR System:

  1. Start the PATROL Console.
  2. Right-click the Remedy AR Systems.
  3. Select KM Commands and click Update AR System Registration.
    The Choose Server Group dialog box is displayed.
  4. Form the Choose Server Group list, select the BMC Remedy AR System or AR Server Group you want to update.
  5. Click Next.

    The Register AR System For Monitoring dialog box is displayed.
  6. Update the fields as per your requirement and click Apply.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
