Unregistering BMC Remedy AR System

To stop monitoring BMC Remedy AR System using PATROL for Remedy AR server, you must  unregister the BMC Remedy AR System.

Perform the following steps to unregister the BMC Remedy AR System.

  1. Start the PATROL Console.
  2. Right-click the Remedy AR Systems.
  3. Select KM Commands and click Unregister AR System.

    The Choose Server Group dialog box is displayed.
  4. Form the Choose Server Group list, select the BMC Remedy AR System or AR Server Group you want to delete.
  5. Click Next.

    The Delete Server Group dialog box is displayed.
  6. Click OK to delete the server group.

Tip

Alternatively, you can use the pconfig utility to unregister an AR Server. Delete the values corresponding to the server for the pconfig variables listed under /ARS/Systems/environment name and from /ARS/Systems/SystemList to unregister the server.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
