The BMC Documentation portal gives you the ability to generate PDF exports of multiple pages in a space.  

Creating PDF exports

You can create a PDF of a page or a set of pages. (Non-English page exports are not supported.) You can also create a Word document of the current page.

To export to PDF

  1. Click the Export icon in the upper-right. 1744830844926-963.png
  2. From the Export menu, select PDF.
  3. Follow the prompts for page selection and other options.
  4. Click Export.

BMC PATROL for AR Remedy Server provides support for the following features:

  • Monitoring BMC AR Remedy System Server 8.x and above 
  • Deleting registered BMC AR Remedy System Server instances
  • Monitoring System form with multiple qualification 
  • Configuring BMC AR Remedy System Server using Central Monitoring Administration console
Accessing online Help

Online Help for KMs is no longer available from the following consoles:

  • PATROL Central Operator – Microsoft Windows Edition
  • PATROL Central Operator – Web Edition
  • PATROL Console for Microsoft Windows
  • PATROL Console for UNIX.

However, online Help will continue to be available from the Operations console and Central Monitoring Administration. For more information, see Frequently-Asked-Questions-on-Online-Help.
