Setting top usage user reporting
You can set the number of top users to be included in Top User reports, as well as the sort order for users included in these reports.
- Depending on the type of users, whether regular Oracle Applications users or self-service application users, select the Setup > Top Users menu command from either the APP_USER (OA_USER) application menu or from the SELF_APP_USER (OA_SELF_APP_USERS) application menu.
The Top User Selection dialog box appears. - Select the resource by which to sort users on reports: CPU Usage, Memory Usage, Network Usage, User Error Count, Transaction Rate, or Number of Sessions.
- Enter the number of users that you want to be included in reports.
- Click Accept.
The new settings are applied to Top User reports, as displayed through parameters ListTopUserSessions and ListTopUserResUsage (for Oracle Applications users) or parameters ListSelfAppTopUserSessions and ListSelfAppTopUserResUsage (for self-service applications users). The information is sorted by the type of usage that you set up.
