Monitoring processes


BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite allows you to monitor processes that are:

  • high CPU processes
  • long-idle processes
  • blocked processes
  • disconnected processes

Information collected from monitoring Oracle Applications processes is contained in the OA_PROCESS application within the applicationID window.

Application processes include the concurrent manager processes and user logon processes. When you review the number of application processes, the number you receive includes application users. User logon processes are a subset of the application processes.
