Monitoring scheduled requests
You can specify concurrent requests that must always exist in the concurrent request queue. The CollConcurrentReq is responsible for the monitoring of these types of requests.
BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite will monitor concurrent requests that should always exist in the Oracle Applications queue in either a SCHEDULED or RUNNING status. If one of these requests does not appear in the queue, the state parameter ScheduledConReq will alarm. You must define to BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite which concurrent requests must always be monitored.
