Monitoring concurrent requests

The Concurrent Requests (CONC_REQUEST) application class controls all concurrent requests in your Oracle Applications environment. The concurrent manager controls the execution of the concurrent requests.

This section contains information about the following tasks:

Concurrent requests are the processes that users are performing. From the CONC_REQUEST icon, you can monitor requests that are currently running. These requests include long-pending, and long-running requests. You can also monitor requests that completed with errors and warnings. By monitoring running, pending, error, and warning requests, you can prevent or alleviate performance issues. In addition, you can monitor scheduled concurrent requests and concurrent request sets. By monitoring scheduled requests and request sets, you can ensure the existence of main, user-selected concurrent requests in the Oracle Applications queue in either a SCHEDULED or RUNNING status.
