OA_USER Selected Users menu
The OA_USER Setup > Selected Users menu contains the following KM-specific menu commands:
Command | Description |

Add | Adds user names into the selected user name list from all the defined users. An A-to-Z character list is provided to reduce the size of list box. The selected character is used to build a multiple selection scroll list box with all the user names starting by that character. Multiple user names can be selected from the list. |
View/Delete | Displays the currently selected user names in a multiple selection list box. Multiple user names can be selected by single clicking each selected name on the list to build a name list for removal. A confirmation box with all the selected user names will prompt you for confirmation before deletion. |
