OA_OS menu

The OA_OS menu contains the following KM-specific menu commands:

Command	Description
Annotation	Allows you to select which parameters of OA_OS are to be annotated if they are in WARN or ALARM state. The default is not to annotate, regardless of the state of the parameters.
Scale Data Collection	Allows you to select which options (optional parameters) are to be monitored. If there are some parameters that you are not interested in, you can exclude them from monitoring, thus saving CPU cycles.
PATROL Account Update	Allows you to update the password of the BMC PATROL Agent residing on the middle-tier server host whenever this password is changed on the remote host. Warning Note If the computer icon designates the local host, this menu command changes the password of PATROL in pconfig. In such a case, you must reinitialize (or stop and then start) the local agent so that it will pick up the password change.
