OA_HR Critical Tables
The OA_HR application class monitors the following Critical Tables:

PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F (R11)PER_ASSIGNMENTS_F (R10) | Stores employee and application information. |
PER_ALL_POSITIONS (R11)PER_POSITIONS (R10) | Defines all positions within the organization. |
PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_F | Stores a list of element entries for each assignment by date. |
PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VALUES_F | Stores the actual values for a specific element entry defined as Pay_Element_Entries_F. |
PER_PAY_PROPOSALS | Stores details of salary proposals and related performance review information for employee assignments. |
