OA_FORMS application class
The OA_FORMS application class represents and monitors the forms server running on a specified application server. This application class only appears if you have configured BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite to monitor a three-tier Oracle Applications environment.
This application is labeled FORMS_SERVER.
