Setting the default report date interval
The information contained in the application class reports is based on the date interval set. You can set the default date interval for the application reports. The date set will be applied to every application report.
If you do not want to set the default date for every application report, you must enter the date interval you want each time you run a report.
- Within OA_APPLICATION, select the application class (any one of the following: AP, AR, BOM, CN, GL, HR, INV, MRP, MSC, OE, OM, PAY, PO, WIP) whose default report date you want to set.
- From the application menu, select Configuration Setup > Default Report Date Interval.
The Enter Start Date and End Date dialog box appears. - Enter the beginning and end date for the date interval to use for the reports.
The date must be in the DD-MON-YYYY format. - Click Accept.
The date set will be applied to every application class report. The next time you run the Default Report Date Interval menu command, the Start and End Date fields will contain this date information.
