Unloading BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite

When you unload BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite, you will need to delete the following application classes from the PATROL Console:

When the application is unloaded (deleted), PATROL checks the BMC PATROL Agent's configuration file to determine whether the PATROL KM is loaded by default.

If the PATROL KM is loaded by default, it is left in the agent's configuration file, and the agent is instructed not to send PATROL KM information to the console.

If the PATROL KM is not loaded by default, PATROL checks with the agent to determine whether any other consoles are using the PATROL KM. If another console is using the PATROL KM, the agent is instructed not to send PATROL KM information to the console. If another console is not using the PATROL KM, the PATROL KM is removed from the agent configuration file.
