Loading BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite Probe

As an Oracle Applications administrator, you might support thousands of users trying to connect to an Oracle Applications system over a wide area network. To maintain good end-to-end response time, you must determine which network users are experiencing long response times and which users cannot access the Oracle Applications system at all. To help you measure direct end-to-end performance, use BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite Probe to execute Oracle Applications database queries from selected desktop clients.

To monitor and manage BMC PATROL for Oracle e-Business Suite Probe, the OA_Probe_LST.kml file must be loaded into the PATROL Console.

Note

If you use SQL Probe, you must set up the Oracle client at the Probe computer.
