Add Middle-Tier Server Host dialog box

Use this dialog box to set up or modify an applications server host.

Items on this dialog box

Field	Description
Host Name	Enter the name of the host where the web server resides
PATROL Agent Port Number	Enter the port number of the BMC PATROL Agent running on the monitored host, that the KM can use to communicate with that agent
PATROL Agent User Name	Enter the user name of the BMC PATROL Agent running on the monitored host
PATROL Agent Password	Enter the password for the BMC PATROL Agent running on the monitored host
Accept	Click this button to accept your selections and start the desired action
Exit	Click this button to exit from the function
