Configuring Blackout Report
The blackout mechanism provides a way to suspend collection and display operations temporarily in PATROL for Oracle WebLogic without shutting the product down.
This mechanism can be useful when it becomes necessary to shut down one or more application servers, and when alarms and associated recovery actions such as e-mails and pages are not needed (for example, during routine backup operations).
Perform the following action to configure Blackout Report.
Right-click BEAWLS_ENVIRONMENT > KM Commands > Blackout Configuration.
The following dialog box is displayed:
