| A local installation of Oracle WebLogic Server is required for remote monitoring to work. The KM uses elements of the local installation when it makes connections to the remote WebLogic Servers. The local install of the WebLogic Server does not need to be started. |

BMC products are certified for use on supported operating system versions. BMC does not explicitly test for OS patches/updates that are released after a BMC product is released.
