Deleting a Message from the Queue

Perform the following task to remove a message from the application queue.

Before you begin

 

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL for Oracle Tuxedo

To Delete an Application Queue

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_APPQ application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Delete Message.

    The Delete Message dialog box appears.

  3. Highlight the message you wish to delete from the queue.
  4. Click Delete.
