Migrating the Transaction Log File

Perform the following task to migrate the binary transaction log from the master machine to the backup machine.

Before you begin

 

Ensure that you have completed the following items:

  • Installed the PATROL Agent and Console and have them running
  • Loaded and configured the PATROL KM for Tuxedo

To Migrate a Machine

  1. Right-click the BEATUX_MIGRATION application icon.
  2. Choose KM Commands > Migrate Transaction Log.
     The transaction log file will be moved from the master machine to the backup machine.

You are ready to monitor the configured Tuxedo environment.
