Turning On or Off Log File Archiving

Perform the following task to set a schedule for Tuxedo user log files (ULOG) to be automatically copied or compressed. The Tuxedo user log files are created by Tuxedo each day. Log files older than a set age can be compressed or moved, based on a definable archive command.

If the _archiveLog parameter is in an offline state, then archiving is inactive. Setting the archive log attributes turns on automatic archiving. Parameters will be offline until 12:10AM, unless you update parameters.
